Without chimney
The special feature of the Wegelin stove is that it does not require a chimney. The advantage of this is that the heat is evenly and completely distributed throughout the stove. This saves firewood, so it only takes 10 kg of hardwood to bring it to the optimum temperature for baking pizza or tarte flambée. The baking time is then 2 to 3 minutes.
The right heat storage mass
The clay oven inside alone weighs around 600 kg. This is the crucial heat storage mass that most pizza ovens on the market lack. This stored heat can be used to bake anything, without exception, that the heart or palate desires and can be prepared in an oven. This then requires the stand door with integrated thermometer to be able to bake bread, plait, stews, roast, braise, low-cook and smoke. With the optional swivel grill, even grilling in the Wegelin oven is possible; thanks to the intensive radiation, we are in the range of a beef cooker.
Lasts a lifetime
A Wegelin oven lasts forever, it is an heirloom, so to speak. The clay oven is optimally protected against all kinds of weather and can be used without restriction at any time of the year and in any weather.
Lockable as an option
Especially in public areas, the optional lock that allows the WegelinOven to be locked is a much sought-after solution for protecting it.

Thermolacquered on request
The Wegelin oven can be thermo-lacquered on request. There is a huge range of colours to choose from, so anything is possible.
